I have received a wrong item, what should I do?

If you've received the wrong item please contact us within 48 hours and include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • The incorrect items name

Can I trust your site with my payment details?

You can count on us as we take security very seriously and our website is very secure to shop. We use the 'Verified by Visa', 'Paypal' and 'Secure by MasterCard' payment system which gives you the safety step of your bank verifying the order. All your details would be encrypted by using Internet standard encryption technology (TSL/SSL) once you checkout.

Do you offer international delivery?

Sorry, we currently do not.

Can I amend my delivery address?

Yes you can. You can change your address once your order has been placed. Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to amend address once the order is live. To change your address, > login to your account > at the top of the page, click on your profile and select addresses > from ''My Addresses'' page, > click on the edit link beneath the address you want to change > enter your new address and click on the Update ''Address button''. You can also amend your delivery address on the order page.


Do you accept returns?

Yes we do. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately, on this occation, we currently do not offer free return.

How long do I have to return an unwanted item?

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

I have returned my item when would I be refunded?

It can take up to 5 working days for us to receive your returned items. Once received, we will process your refund. If you dont hear from us in 10 working days since sending your items back, then please contact us and provide your name and order number.


How long does it take to deliver an Item?

  • Standard delivery 2 - 5 working days ( we aim 3 days).
  • Next day delivery 1 day - when placed an order by 8am.

Do you offer international delivery?

We currenly do not offer internation shipping but we are looking to expand our presence internationally.

What are your postage days?

Postage days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you place an order on Sunday, the order will be processed on the next working day.

How long does it take to dispatch an order?

We aim to dispatch an order within 24 - 48 working hours.


Do you accept cash?

Yes we accept cash upon collection only.

  • Manual payment (Cash payment).


How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order contact us and have your order number ready. Regrettably, if your order has already been ''picked' and '"packed" we're unable to cancel. Even so, you can return any unwanted items for a refund.
